Sky Sources say that Newcastle are hopeful of signing Daryl Janmaat of Feyernoord for only £6m, the Dutchman who plays at right back, is also capable at playing on the left flank too, and would offer Newcastle a like for like replacement for Mathieu Debuchy, who is set to move to Arsenal for £10m. On top of Janmaat, Emmanuel Riviere from AS Monaco look set to join the Premier League club, with Remy Cabella having signed already in the last few days from the same league.

Talksport reveal that Liverpool's hopes of landing Swiss wonderkid, Xherdan Shaqiri appear to be dead after Bayern Munich dismissed the prospect of selling the winger this summer. Shaqiri has had limited opportunities at Bayern Munich, but showcased his talents at the World Cup recording 1 of only 2 hat-tricks of the tournament.
7. Arsenal set to reveal the signing of David Ospina
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is set to complete the £3m signing of Colombian goalkeeper David Ospina from Nice after being priced out of a move for Cardiff shot-stopper David Marshall, according to the Telegraph. The Daily Mail also report that Ospina could be revealed as early as this week, as the Gunner’s look to push on with their transfer business after securing former Barcelona winger Alexis Sanchez.

According to the Daily Mail, Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea have opened discussions about bringing Didier Drogba back to Stamford Bridge, with the Blues looking to eventually make Drogba a coach at the club. Drogba, who is now 36, will not be seen as their first choice striker, but is seen as back up in a squad rotation system, with Diego Costa set to lead the line.

According to today’s Daily Telegraph, Netherlands and Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben, has turned down an offer from former his former Holland national team manager, Louis van Gaal to follow him to Manchester United this summer. United have been targeting wide players in order to fill the roles left unfulfilled by dwindling wingers; Ashley Young, Luis Nani, Antonio Valencia, and Wilfried Zaha.
4. Liverpool set to bid again for Alberto Moreno
The Daily Express, Daily Mirror and Daily Star all report that Liverpool have reignited their interest in £18m Sevilla left back Alberto Moreno. A deal for Moreno was previously thought to be sealed, only for Sevilla to go back on their word and reject the bid, with many journalists blaming it on Sevilla trying to start an auction for the talented Spanish under-21. However, a deal now looks likely, with Liverpool managing director Ian Ayre, flying out himself to make sure a deal is made, with Liverpool hoping to use out of favour Iago Aspas as a makeweight.

The Telegraph report that Chelsea striker, Demba Ba is a summer target for Turkish club Besiktas, with the club wanting to take Demba Ba on season-long loan with a clause to buy him permanently next summer in 2015. Ba has struggled to break into Jose Mourinho’s preferred starting 11, with the Senegalese forward being resigned to substitute appearances on the whole.

According to Sky Sports News, PSG and Uruguayan striker, Edinson Cavani is demanding his agent and entourage to seek out a move to the Premier League, with Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United all interested in the former Napoli striker. The PSG forward has been out of favour in Paris, being used predominantly on the wings to accommodate Swedish superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but now looks to be wanting to spearhead an attack of his own
